Nestled in the heart of Manhattan in the bustling Theatre District, HAVEN is a new rooftop cocktail lounge & restaurant that offers a welcome retreat from the hectic streets below. Entering through a private elevator, guests are greeted by stunning city views & lush greenery complemented by custom-built cedar wood furnishings. A variety of trees and floral arrangements accent the 2500 square-foot space, with plush earth-tone seating areas & sheer white fabric draped among the intimate cabanas, creating a sultry and inviting aesthetic. The entire space is encased by glass walls, allowing guests to view the city lights and enjoy the classic Manhattan skyline while remaining in the chic & intimateconfines of the rooftop.
HAVEN boasts various dining areas for guests that features cabanas and a 14-foot communal table with seating for 25. The main dining area is at the north end of the venue, where guests can sip cocktails while enjoying the bright lights of Times Square. Traveling to the opposite end of the venue, the space includes a main bar for drinking or dining, custom cedar high-top tables and lounge areas which are ideal for cocktails and light bites. The restaurant features an innovative cocktail menu using fresh juices & garnishes to quench your thirst. Chef Madison Belem has created a French-inspired menu for the rooftop which includes dishes such as the Tuna Tower (sesame dressed tuna tartare with wontons), Salad Nicoise (seared tuna, served with anchovies, boiled eggs & potatoes on a bed of mixed greens with tomatoes, anchovies and olives), Crab and Avocado Palette (lemon dressed lump crab salad, topped with a fresh guacamole and served with a tomato coulis and herb oil), and his signature Poulet Cajun (cajun spiced and roasted chicken breast, served with a beurre blanc sauce, french fries and a balsamic vinaigrette dressed mesculin salad garnished with diced tomatoes).
